The embedded firmware of this device can be changed or updated Over The Air via GPRS/EDGE. Hence, visits to the sites to upload new embedded firmware can be avoided

The embedded firmware can include following features.

GPS related Features

  • Continuous monitoring of GPS parameters
  • Communication of GPS parameters to a central server via GPRS on predefined intervals or on certain events
  • Query present location via SMS
