Embedded Firmware Features

This device can have standard or customized embedded firmware as per user requirements
The embedded firmware of this device can be changed or updated Over The Air via GPRS/EDGE. Hence, visits to the sites to upload new embedded firmware can be avoided

The embedded firmware can include following features.

    • Listen to the Serial port for data from connected device(s) and capture the data received
    • Communicate on standard protocol like MODBUS with client devices connected on RS485 bus
    • Periodical or event based data collection from connected device(s)
    • Logs captured data and send it to the external world using GPRS or SMS

    • Processes captured data and generate events and send alerts to specified mobile numbers or to the server
